Energy Efficiency Plan for Buildings of the Municipality of Edessa

 

EcoVibes successfully completed the study "Buildings Energy Efficiency Plan for the Municipality of Edessa," which fully complies with the requirements of the Ministry of Environment and Energy of Greece (ΥΠΕΝ).

The Energy Efficiency Plan for Buildings (EEPB) is a comprehensive action plan aimed at improving the energy performance of buildings. It is also a prerequisite for submitting proposals to relevant funding program calls. Upon completion of the EEPB, the Municipality of Edessa now has a strong tool for integrating energy upgrade projects for municipal buildings into relevant funding programs.

The project included:

  •     Presentation of the detailed building stock of the Municipality of Edessa (49 buildings)

  •     Prioritization of the building stock

  •     Design of upgrade scenarios

  •     Macroeconomic analysis of interventions

  •     Financial analysis

  •     Presentation of the technical-economic analysis

  •     Development of an achievement plan

  •     Funding mechanisms

  •     Monitoring plan

  •     Additional actions
