"EcoVibes - Environmental Consultants P.C." is a dynamic consultancy firm based in Edessa, Greece. It was founded in December 2019 by Antonios Valtsis and it has been active in the wider interdisciplinary field of the environment. Specifically, the main fields of business activity are high-level assessments and consulting services related to natural resources and waste management, green technology applications & certifications along with environmental impact measurement.

Nowadays, environmental projects due to their complex nature, require a collaborative and comprehensive approach. The network of company affiliates is scientists, professionals and partnerships working in the broader context of environmental applications: Biologists, Geologists, Agriculturalists, Foresters, Lawyers, Engineers and Developers.

ANTONIOS VALTSIS

Antοnios Valtsis is an Environmentalist - Environmental Engineer, who graduated from the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources Management, University of Ioannina (now Department of Environmental Engineering, University of Patras (Law 4610/2019)) and holds an Integrated MSc from the same School.

He has worked in a wide range of private and public entities (S.A., Social Cooperatives, Municipalities, Regional Units, NGOs) and has over 10 years of experience in research, assessment and implementation of environmental projects and consulting. He is also constantly attending seminars on updating his field of activity with on-going changes and specializes in Sustainability Analysis and Environmental Certification & Innovation. He is a Professional Engineering License Holder (Law 3316/2005), Category 27 - Environmental Assessments (Register No. 27322).

 

ALEXANDROS LIAPIS

Alexandros Liapis is a Civil Engineer who graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has a PhD in Civil Engineering from the same institute, in the field of environmental profiling (Life Cycle Assessment) of building materials. He also holds an MSc from the Faculty of Agriculture of Aristotle University, in “Water Resources Management”. He has studied the compatibility of man-made environment (infrastructures, crops) with natural environment, with the aid of standardized assessment tools.

For the past 7 years, he has worked as a professional engineer and collaborated as a consultant with the Laboratory of Building Materials of Aristotle University, in the field of new and traditional building materials’ applications and environmental assessment.

 

THEOCHARIS KARTSOLIS

Theocharis Kartsolis is an Environmental Consultant who has a diploma in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds an Integrated MSc from the same School.

Has over 10-year work experience in the fields of Waste Management and Environmental Monitoring with different companies, organizations and agencies. He has operated environmental structures such as Landfill Sites and Wastewater Treatment Plants. He is involved in projects including greenhouse gas emissions reduction, biofertilizer production and environmental software engineering.

 

GARYFALLIA CHRYSANTHOPOULOU

Garyfallia Chrysanthopoulou is a graduate of the Department of Forestry and Management of the Environment and Natural Resources, at Democritus University of Thrace (Orestiada), holder of an Integrated Master from the same Department and also holds a Master's from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the field of Ecology – Protection – Conservation of Nature.

She has an available license to practice from GEOTEE and a Certification as an Agricultural Consultant from ELGO – DIMITRA in the fields of: 1) Climate Change - Utilization of waste and by-products and 2) Risks in Agriculture and Livestock Farming and their Management. She is an environmental volunteer for years and handled projects regarding pollution, recycling and climate change. Her experience so far includes specialized knowledge in forest cleaning, creation and conservation of forest roads.

 

NATALIA SIETI

Natalia Sieti is an experienced manager – LCA specialist with over 10 years of presence in the sustainability field and extensive higher academic training. She has enabled SMEs and larger companies across sectors to integrate ESG into business strategy. Natalia is proficient in commercial LCA software and industry standards.

Her collaboration to date with EcoVibes includes Project Management, Business Consulting, and Life Cycle Assessment-Environmental Product Declaration of construction products.

 

FOTINI KESIKIDOU

Fotini Kesikidou is a Civil Engineer from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She currently conducts her PhD thesis on the utilization of industrial by-products in building materials. She has participated in over 8 research projects on the use of materials with low environmental footprint in construction.

For the past 6 years, she has been working as an engineer and research assistant at the Laboratory of Building Materials of Aristotle University.

 

ANTONIOS MILIADIS

Antonios Miliadis is a Frontend Developer and a graduate of the Hellenic Open University (HOU) majoring in "Computer Science with a focus on Web Development". He has worked in web application development with various coding languages.

The subject of his work at EcoVibes includes the development of an environmental web-based application.
